Of course if you still had fun that's fine, I'm only talking about how I consumed this media and why it was suddenly no longer fun:

Once this pact is broken, the person consuming the media will no longer be able to ignore the rules of real life and will look at the media for what it's be if it happened in the real world.
Incest is OK in Greek mithology because we are adhering to its rule, but if a author retold a myth while also depicting the violent aspect of child abuse that usually comes along with incest, it would breaks your suspension of disbelief and you would no longer be able to over look, in that text, how Zeus and Hera are siblings, for example.

There is attempted rape however, it's treated as so in this story. Many stories include both attempted and committed rape scenes but they're glossed over in a manner that'll have the reader believe that the victim doesn't see these situations as a big deal. In this one there are consequences, anger, confrontation, and frustration regarding the attempts which is comforting in a way. The author does a great job at letting the readers understand that those situations should be taken seriously.

I think it's a cultural thing, in my country everything that happened on the first 9 chapters would be considered rape, as we don't regard it as only when there's insertion of penis in the vagina/asshole, but all physical sexual stimulation between two or more people.

The doctor repeatedly allows the touches, further and further indulging him in what seemed to be due to coercion but I'm afraid of the possibility of that being him willingly allowing those things for truly believing that's a good therapeutic strategy. Do we get the doctor thought process regarding his treatment approach at any point?
Personally I'd rather comics just treated rape with yaoi logic of "it's not real violence in this universe, no means yes" if they are going to pull punches and compromise, not going the full length of criminalizing and penalizing the rapist or ensue a mindbreak plot because I always feel, for reasons of verisimilitude, it creates a worse image for how to deal with the real life crime than the ones who have no pretension of treating it as the real thing.
Here, Idk, it does treat rape as abuse, as "a bad thing" and talk about culpability and how rape is not sex but a form of violence and a tool for establishing power. But at the same time I felt like its weight was lessened when the doc addressed the abuse he is being put through in the same way a parent teaches a kid to not pull a cat's tail… was that him trying to rationalize with the arsonist to stay safe or was that his actual stand? Does he end up forgive-forgetting the violence we saw on those first chapters?
