what's this about??

Without spoiling too much, a boy living in a small town, in a not great home situation. He is presented with the ability to leave with college, but familial obligations weigh him down. Then he meets someone who gives him a proposition to die...
The content in this manga can be heavy (i.e. suicide, abuse, etc) but it is definitely a worthwhile read. The chapters are super short too to it’s easy to catch-up and follow.

people be focusing on the fact that it was incest when it wasn't even glorified in the manhwa. if u can't handle themes like this just go back to your shoujo cliches lol
here's a great ending analysis i read for those who are tired of all the "it'S INCEST SO IT'S AUTOMATICALLY A BAD MANHWA" comments here

The problem is she had so many potential love interests and in the end she just ends up with her brother? LAME. They were so unromantic to me and her brother/cousin just gave me creep vibes. And her was insane. And then the author pretty much did nothing with the lesbians and left jua and gun without any resolution. It was like it all started with so much drama and then fizzled out.

THE ANGST!! tbh i only read yaoi for the smut HAHAH but i fell in love with how well-written this is. the characters are flawed and selfish and immature with their relationships but that's what makes them feel so real!! i often found myself mirroring haesoo's sentiments and i feel like everything they say is quotable. pls recommend me more romance manhwas or mangas like this,, it doesn't have to be a yaoi (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
what are these comments lol let people enjoy their trashy smuts in peace no, reading this does not mean we want it to happen in real life and I don’t get how this romanticizes rape??? i doubt most people are reading this for the plot lol also, is it just me or are people quicker to push back straight stories with darker themes?? like have u seen yaois?
Exactly. Definitely not reading for the plot. And I thought the guys are cute, and yeah I’d commit murder if a guy tried that on me irl. It’s porn lol.
Yup, I'm hating on it because it's straight. But I'm also hating on it because it has rape and I would do the same for yaoi and yuri, so I'm not biased. And this does romanticizes rape, you're just one of the fetishizers trying to justify it but that's okay. At least you're admitting it proudly without going around it and you did it in a public comment section. I commend you, really.
Real. Definitely despised it if this happen in public I don't even support this shit irl it's just there's some who likes porn like this
it….. romanticizes rape….. because its showing rape in a good way……..??????????? she does the stereotypical “i say no, body says yes” thing and it teaches people that women will say no, but will want it. there are so many people who absorb pornography and think that this IS real life. if you have a fetish for rape, youre either sick in the head OR have been traumatized by being a survivor yourself. THAT is exactly why it shouldnt be shown in anything ever unless if its showing it in a bad light, this is NOT that.
There's no getting through to people like this on this site. Sadly, there's no doubt that these people are either seriously messed up in the head, or they're survivors themselves who think glorifying rape is some kind of coping mechanism.
I 100% agree with you, you said exactly what I wanted to say. Rape should never be portrayed in anything unless the author knows how to handle it in a way that clearly says, "Hey, this is wrong, and this character will face consequences."
Then you've got the dumbasses on the MangaGo Reddit claiming that people like us are just whining about anything with dark themes, saying it makes us "immature teenagers." Like... they completely missed the point. It just shows how disconnected from reality they are. And honestly, those are the exact kinds of people we should avoid in real life, because they could be potential dangers.
There are so many cases of people taking influence from dark fiction and harming animals or even other humans. That's why it's so important that we, the sane ones, speak up. We shouldn't be scared to call them out.
Can we do this for every single person without it messing with our sanity? No. But knowing what they're doing is wrong and speaking up anyway? That makes you a good person. And sometimes, it really does help.
its extremely funny how you mentioned the disconnected from reality part. No one reads a murder crime book, then go on fantasizing about killing people in their day to day life.
This is peak touch grass comment. U r so disconnected from reality. Get off ur phone and get actual friends irl.
