Cause they didn't lol.We barely saw how they built their relationship, the artist didn't show that they were in love with each other,we only knew that thanks to their internal monologue. When you want to get a feeling across with drawing, you gotta draw itthere wasn't any loving gaze, there wasn't tension when they were close to each other after all these years, there wasn't any sign of little touches, nothing. They only thought "oh I'm in love"then Boom, sex. It was a very boring and forgettable read, you can come across thousand of this type of stories drawn and wrote better

You can definitely tell that you’re not a Japanese translator, but you did a very good job with what you had and it’s all perfectly understandable. I was nervous when I read your explanation in the beginning cause other translators that use online translators usually aren’t as competent as you when it comes to having it actually make sense grammatically and contextually
I think some people read this and forget that it’s a story with morally flawed characters. Their situations aren’t perfect so of course their road to a happier ending isn’t gonna be so either. I can understand people that feel like Jo is sidetracked a bit, but I think he’ll have a larger presence as the story moves along and we only just started season 2.
Anyways, I find the story interesting, but I’m also mostly just here for the sex scenes (some of the best choreographed (if that is even the right word) sex scenes I’ve ever seen in a manhwa btw), so there being 2 semes just gives me more of that lmao, so I’m not complaining about him not choosing one man haha.
This turned into a much bigger rant than I initially anticipated omg (⊙…⊙ )
People who saying Jo being a sidetrack doesn't want to admit that he's actually the one moving the plot since season 1. People judge everything based on the sex and neglecting the rest.
If no one reads the context of the story and try to understand the complex situation between the characters then they will never understand this story. The story's main theme about the characters with flaws growing up and there's no "perfect" characters. Joseph already has a large presence since season one. Ian isn't really the type of guy who gets close with anyone except for Taejoon. That's why him being close with someone like Joseph is an eye-opening for most characters in the story especially Taejoon. I agree with you, the sex scenes are one the best choreographed in BL manhwas.
