Not y’all coming in here trying to ruin this wholesome manga because he “doesn’t contribute”?? Japanese people overwork SO much that it’s no wonder the traditional gender roles of the man working and the woman doing housework stays in place. They both sees her doing the housework as her “job”, so that’s why he doesn’t help around the house (from what we’ve seen in a very limited amount of chapters). Even though this is definitely something that should change, you can’t exactly expect Japan to be up to the same standards of gender equality we see in the west. She has her job and he has his.. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Agree, I watch Paolo fromTOKYO where he does day of lives of job roles and the husbands/workers always seem so busy and sometimes arrive home real late.
