Polyamory (from Greek πολύ poly, "many, several", and Latin amor, "love") is the practice of or desire for intimate relationships with more than one partner, with the knowledge of all partners. It has been described as "consensual, ethical, and responsible non-monogamy".People who identify as polyamorous reject the view that sexual and relational exclusivity are necessary for deep, committed, long-term loving relationships
Except it's not really polyamory; it's a love triangle/threesome. I seriously doubt this author put any consideration for a real poly relationship (since this manga is /that/ shallow). The semes are more begrudging rather than consenting to their relationship since they don't want to run the risk of losing the m.c to the other guy.
literally my only beef with this comic/whatever is :
two straight men
everyone : omg they're so cute together I ship it
a gay character gets introduced
everyone : omg i ship her with the guy tho i hope they end up together its such a shame that shes gay
So your beef is with the comments and not the manhwa itself? That's how I feel. I think it's a good story about acceptance. I loved that the characters had a foot/shoe fetish but were not gay. Finished reading all the chapters months ago but lost interest in commenting here because everyone was talking about how they wanted it to become yaoi. It's sad fujoshi cannot appreciate platonic love.
I haven't looked through the comments lately so I haven't seen anyone doing the second. Smh it's really a shame if there's comments like that.
It's less about being a fujoshi and more about pairing the two compatible characters together. When we link people together, it tends to be for romance. And, there hasn't been anyone female I can root for to be with MC (especially this chapter). That's my take on why I ship those two together. Absolutely agree that it sucks when (female) gay character is introduced, it's somehow better for her to not be gay.
if i was with someone and they got so standoffish with someone flirting with them i'd be super weirded out. Why did he call her a bitch??? he could have just told her he wasn't interested. chill dude
LoL that's not standoffish, that's just a normal response. If a random stranger aggressively asks if you want to have dinner together, doesn't wait for your answer, grabs your arm without consent, and demands you give her your phone number, I'm quite sure it's appropriate to call them a bitch.

Thank you for writing that, it hit the nail head-on. :)
