cirrus technically wasn't the one who was involved in the fight outside of school. it was skylar, but cirrus was there with him and took the blame for him. but cirrus also beat up dongshik (it was a fight in school, not outside). their teacher knows abt the outside fight cause parents of the kid that skylar beat up called their school to file a complaint. the teacher knew that skylar was the one who broke out the fight cause he went to the convenience store where the fight happened and checked the security cameras
