I was confused as well until I saw people explaining it in the comments, so the brother slipped a pill into the MCs drink when he was younger and that caused the MC to never fully develop into having a male or female, was stuck in between, in terms of reproductive systems, That’s why in chapter 4 or 5 (I forgot), when the MC’s dad calls him a monster, or something like that, because he has a female reproductive system. I know this all sounds so complicated and anyone reading this is free to correct me if I’m wrong on some of my info.
Also I know that this info is very different in real life and what it means to be intersex, but keep in mind that this is fiction. Authors are probably gonna try with any info to make a plot more “believable”, especially with Mpreg stories, without having to add in alpha/omega dynamics.
