Of course, it is a guilty pleasure, but I can only speak for myself when I say I'm not attracted to porn, I find it ugly and repulsive, and I like this sort of manga, sometimes the more outrageous the better because I know It can NOT happen in reality, reborn, reincarnation allt that kind of things, beautiful clothes everything is titillating BECAUSE it is 2D. We are NOT looking for normal, this is escapism in its purest form, not even religion is this pure kind of escapism because in religion you expect something back from god.
Although, in worldbuilding, a story must be credible, it wouldn't be credible if JK, even if he is rich would just give away his money (Dan needed A LOT of money) just for some massage. He would be seen as a feeble character, weak and the storyline would have stopped by him giving money. NOBODY does that, everybody tries to get some value for the money. Anyway there are som wholese mangas: I can recommend Kimi ni Todoke (even in anime this one is BEAUTIFUL) or I like you. You don't have to suffer JK. I, for my part admit that I'm waiting.

Btw JK is really demanding in term of s*x, which is not an easy task to satisfy - especially at this frequence and brutality, often without preparation and certainly without proper lube. We don't know anything about his parents or how JK grew up. He seems to have a lot of money and he gives the air that he always had a lot of money, not only when he started working. Also, we don't know what plans JK has for the future, if he stops fighting bc of his physical condition, he might not need Dan anymore. A lot of questions.
