‘’I WANT a successor. I DON’T WANT to end the history ….’’ Well what about what your child wants for HIS OWN LIFE! It is like he sees his child as just some home grown indentured servant! Who the hell is he to force his child to fulfil his own achievements?! That is for him to fulfil. No child asks to be born! Imagine an animal as their babies are feeding from their milk ‘’now peasants you will live your life pleasing me and doing what I want’’. Even if he married a women there is no guarantee of a child, and is the Dad going to raise that child if they do have one, seeing as its the Dad who wants one. He would prefer his own child to be in an unhappy marriage with a woman he doesn’t love and a child he doesn’t want so he (the Dad) can have his dreams achieved. Selfish!
