Okay so basically it's basically it's BL and this guys brother died (I think he drowned) and so after he spends some time in a mental hospital he switches schools and he sees a therapist and he meets the other guy after he left his jacket at school or something. He goes to a party and he sees his ex girlfriend and there nice with each other and the other guy is there and they walk home together and they talk about how one of them lost to the other in a swim match cuz they were both on the swim team before his brother died.
