this alongside "Missing Love: A Married Man" are my favorite depictions of fucked up BLs that are different from your stereotypical ones. Lee Geom and Raymond have been used and abused their whole lives by terrible pieces of garbage, and the one time they have something good in their lives, in this case Winter and Lim Wooyeon, they hurt them. hurt people hurt people. it's so heartbreaking and painful reading each chapter that sometimes I have to take a break. Even though the actions that Wooyeon and Winter take are fucked up, you have to understand who made them that way. and that's what makes these stories hurt so good. nothing is romanticized, the authors show you that this story is not happy and will get worse.
