Skipped from chapter 5 to chapter 59 and got a jump scare why’d they change the beautiful art style. It’s not hideous but it used to be so much better.

I know they will end up together. I just like it when uke actually has a spine and make seme grovel to take him back instead of forgiving without an apology. I also like it when seme feels the pain of watching uke get courted by someone else (if he is a jerk seme, that is).

To anyone confused, the controversy was that the artist (not the author!) used to draw Kaisoo/EXO doujin where Kyungsoo was visibly a toddler. CP, undeniably. Obviously the artist denied at first, but fans were able to go through the manhwa and find panels that the artist had replicated from the doujin, and she confessed after which the company producing this manhwa decided it would be on hiatus.
Unfortunately I wouldn’t be surprised if it couldn’t go back to publication. Maybe the artist would directly profit from sales. Not sure how her contract goes. Also people might associate this manhwa with their art too much.
I feel bad for the author though ): didn’t deserve it.
The author was trying to flip the scenario to make it look like the illegal readers were the reason for the manhwa getting cancelled, she didn't even address the pedo artist. ALSO the artist drew an INFANT not even a toddler. Like the baby couldn't even walk yet.
I remember seeing parts of that CP the artist drew on TikTok back when whole scandal blew up, will never forget it....I felt sick to my stomach. It was literal baby crawling on the ground and than ... can't even write it. Artist should be put in mental institution.

That explains why the author didn't just go hire a new artist, they are probably aware they'll get shitstormed and boycotted for that bs behavior (rightfully so).
makes me wonder if the author KNEW about the CP art, but simply didn't care. It DOES smell that way a little bit.

Imo I don’t approve of the author’s actions but I think Korea is a very shame based society (thinking of that actor who killed himself after having a drug/cheating scandal). Maybe the author does not want to acknowledge that bc people have attacked them bc of it?
Either way if that’s how they responded I’m relived it’s canceled. Pity gone.

Agreed tho. Even if I would have loved seeing the story continue, I'm not upset if I can just imagine the end and not support people that I have issues with.

Hmm… to be honest I can’t get over uke’s first life. I really know what happened after. Especially with the new bonus content I feel like the redhead alpha was plotting to get Elle to himself by bringing that omega in… just icky.
I also don’t like that he became an omega ): feels like the point of him being reborn and choosing to change the trajectory is pointless.
