Not really, it has smut scenes. Although it does have both yaoi and shounen ai tags, there is a reason but I can't remember y the shounen ai tag is also there

It was unfair to the red haired guy to be honest and I think he deserves Aerak more than the yellow haired one. *plus he called Earak 'pig' and an 'animal' before which was a very fcking turn off
