if you mean 'peoneer' in a way that she started this - no. there are many before her that were writing sick stuff, but she is really popular right now (and really good)
People keep mentioning Harada because she's kinda... trendy right now. Her and Ogeretsu Tanaka are currently really trendy

I'm not familiar with Renaissance Yoshida, but Chise and Asumiko have some romance and fluff but in Harada's case(until now) haven't read any kind of normal, romantic story from her, please recommend if you know of some manga like that from her.
