I just can’t help but think that if I was in that chair and a man put his hand on my mouth and said not to finish saying something, I would take his scissors and cut the skin connecting his dick and his waist. I feel so incredibly bad for the emperor, he truly just can not escape abuse. And on top of that, he does it all for his younger brother. And to everyone in the comments talking bout how this type of behavior is never recognized in other manwhas. Yes it is! You just don’t look for it. Stop trying to make ANYONES trauma less important just because of the narrative of the story. We get it, some stories have this type of behavior and it is glorified. But that doesn’t mean no body says anything about it or that it isn’t recognized because it is. The only people romanticizing it are really messed up people, but not everyone and certainly not normal people.
