I read up to ch 16 but it wasn't in egnlish so i'm not 100% sure but based on the panels, the guy confesses to her but she (pii-chan) rejects him and he tells her to tell oohtani about her feelings! (he cheers her on as a friend which is so sad since I shipped him and her) but yea and it seems like oohtani's also becoming more aware of pii-chan and that hes showing hints of jealousy when his friend is like imma confess
