I think that ceres belongs to the royal family and that’s why they wanted to visit him. In the latest chapter when they were strolling through the garden, his eye color didn’t seem black anymore but shone in different colors- which is a trait the royal family has. And the hairdresser said that his hair must’ve been colored, I guess to hide the multiple colored hair the royal family has as well. And his brother who’s the current crown price, tries to sabotage everything so that he doesn’t come back to society and pose a threat to his position. Also, maybe the emperors mistress with the strong divine powers managed to conceal ceres real identity.
