Of all her possible suitors, I enjoy her relationship with Sir Carsein. Their interactions seem much fuller, innocent, and genuine than Aristia’s interactions with Allendis and Ruve. If Aristia were to turn her way at Carsein, I think she would have been able to live a freer life. I don’t think it’d matter if Carsein and Aristia kept their high society profiles or left to the country where they’d spar in peace. In this three way situation, I believe Carsein would have been the most healthy option. “I like someone who resembles a sword”, he said.

I love this.
Poor butteries.
A kiss that is not a kiss but still a kiss.
Her dead brother with like three names.
And the silver head boy with two names.
Roxanne is my new crush

LOL Roxanne/Roxana told Cassis/Kassis that he reminds her of her older brother. But which one? Asil, Ashil, Achille, or Advil?
I can’t help but laugh about this even during a serious moment like when she’s dying or someone is decapitated. There’s so many moments where female lead is stunned/chilled with fearful or murderous aura. Meanwhile, I’d be like “oou her eyes are creepy again”

Hayan is unraveling her spiral of powers to equip at ease when she encounters greater vampires.
Euntae, who may or may not be male lead and Hayan’s suitor, drank vampire blood perhaps? His parents vampire blood maybe? His sister doesn’t know the truth which resulted in their bad, misunderstood a lot of things relationship?
The childhood best friend, who may or may not be a potential male lead and hayan’s suitor, is the little boy from the very beginning who was being bullied? This seemingly human little boy who gave Hayan a glimpse of “school life”, observed her read picture books, and was frightened by her sheer vampiric strength and true appearance? Hayan seems to meet a lot of cowards in her life. And so far, the only ones who I think are worthy enough to be considered family are Euntae and Michael.
I feel like the chapters are getting shorter! I’m eager for the next play of events.
