uhm... i'm really thankful that someone picked this up but the translations are a bit off and confusing to the point that i'm just browsing the panel like i'm reading the raws since i can't keep up with what they're really saying.
everytime i see diana on claude's memories i really felt sorry for them like there should be a separate or a prequel or a side story for them. i just really want to see how their love story develop, right?
i just finished reading the novel.

*the memories lucia saw in her dreams was not really her past life but more like the memories of the other lucia, like parallel universe or something. lucia's mother is a daughter of a count that runs away when she was just a child carrying the heirloom of their family that was actually an ancient magical tool. lucia unknowingly activated it when she first entered the palace that resulted to her life spliting into 2 different situation. the necklace then shows her the memories of the other lucia. she will later on discover this when she decided to search for the necklace and realized that her memories were jumbled and was actually not hers but her other life's memories. there's a side story about lucia's family too: the baden family.
*in lucia's other life, hue was the one who executed the matin's family, he saw lucia who was hiding at the basement and was amazed by her strong sense to survive so he let her live and left his family brooch pin in lucia's jewelry stash. he also fabricated her death for her to live freely as lucia (since her noble name was vivian) . so yeah hue saved the two lucia
* and well the other lucia actually has a happy ending too. hue looked and found her although they're a little too old already (but who cares) . he found her at the house lucia bought after working as a maid. and they lived happily ever after
*for the present lucia: it's gonna be a long journey before they can confess their love to each other. like i got a little annoyed reading it. why can't they just say it. like yeah it's all about communication!
*damian is not really hue's son but actually his nephew. his twin brother fell in love to their half sister who was abandoned by their father since she was too sickly and deemed useless by the previous duke so they didn't know about her.

*Hue being jealous to his son Damian like hue stealing damian's handkerchief that lucia embroided 'coz hes too shy to ask lucia for one hahaha and was so proud carrying it (it doesnt really goes well with his tyrant look btw since lucia made it for the 8 year old damian) and when lucia finally gifted him, he never got a chance to used it since he treasured it so much that he kept it stored in a box.
*when hue ended a contract he made with the designer antoniette coz she made a sexy back dress for lucia hahaha
*they will have a lovely little baby girl named evangeline. that was dotted by her father and 3 older brothers: damian, chris (damian's friend), and bruno (the youngest son of count matin-lucia's husband in her other life, he's the reason lucia discovered the basement where she hide when the matin family got executed)
*hue having a '' whose-the-best-father'' battle with kwitz (the king lucia's half brother)
*our beloved butler jerome married olga (lucia' s coworker when she worked as a maid) and they had 2 lovely children.
I loved the novel, wasn't it great! so many hidden little gems within it
