I know i said i hate that dude, but you should give it a try the story is interesting, and there's some sweet moments, i think at one point the MC will free himself. There's a but of mistery because he lost his memories, but with ML arrival they are coming back.

That's absolutely not true. Episodes can occur on people that have never showed any symptom, and in general any indication of a mental health disorder and they can be completely drug induced. Do your research next time.
Let's put it this way, caffeine isn't considered a drug, but if I drink caffeine or alcohol I start having episodes. Drugs can induce it sure, but not if you're not already prone.
But here's the thing, being prone doesn't mean you have 'already a disorder' as you claimed. And being prone isn't in any way visible nor there's any way to know, because it doesn't solely count on heredity. Anyone can be 'prone' because being prone doesn't make you mentally ill nor does it mean you have something already. Once again, educate yourself.
I hope this serves as a way to explain that yes, drug abuse could be what caused his seizure episode, which later lead to psychotic episodes (probably through the use of a different drug). I guess I'm more inclined to think he truly has a disorder. That's the only plane I can relate to him on. As I have psychosis and certain situations would induce it. So the story is much more believable. Drug induced psychosis should withdraw once the drug is out of the syst. Whereas illness is incurable and thus requires regular medication. Though psychosis could occur with missing dosage as well. During my female cycles the psychosis lasts for several days and my meds aren't effective, so I'm made to "grin and bear it" for what is now 4 days. So even if his psychosis was induced by drugs if he doesn't have the illness it shouldn't require him to be medicated like this.
The thing is is, the drug is most likely not out of his system, considering he is forced to take it on daily basis.If he was taking it once a moth or a week it would be a different case. He may be getting the drugs to maintain this state, while being lied to that they're used to help him. Someone wants him to stay this way so that he doesn't have any power and remains as a slave. That's what I'm trying to tell you. Drugs are even capable of brain damage.

There's no happy ending, fl will be miserable forever. The novel has overwhelmingly negative comments in Korean websites. Ml is a psychopath that doesn't see her and never will as a human. She'll never love him and will end up miserable with him until she gives birth to his child which will be a carbon copy of the bastard. In result, she'll also never be able to love her child because it will remind her of the obsessive monster she was forced to be with. Ml is irredeemable, he only cares about his personal pleasure, nothing else. He sees her as an object with all the meaning of the word and seeing her insecure and helpless pleases him. He wants to be above her, superior and with her being nothing but the old towel he uses to clean his shoes. He's an absolutely not sugarcoated malignant narcissistic, devoid of the emotions that makes us human. Oh, and he's not romanticized for the female gaze, he's straight up icky and horrible. Simply unpalatable to me and i read plenty of dark romance stories.
