I'm looking for a manga where the seme works as a bento packer (like he puts the food in the convientent bentos) and there's a new employee (uke) and the seme has to show him the ropes. Later on we find out they happen to live at the same apartment, the uke living above the seme. The seme goes to his window for a smoke break and sees paper fluttering down and it was the uke ripping up a letter, which I think is a love letter to or from his teacher in the past.

Does anyone recognize this manga? I only remember this vague scene where someone says that you have to get worse (sicker?) before you can get better and the person he was saying it to remembered someone else that said something similiar in the past but ended up dying.

It is one of my all-time favorites and is done by the same person who created "Durarara". Fair warning though, if you watch it I recommend doing it all in one go. It's one of those ones where it is all connected and won't make sense until you fit all the puzzle pieces together to see the whole picture. That being said, once you see the whole picture your mind will be absolutely blown with it's beauty. It also happens to have my all-time favorite WTF psychopath character.
Watch it and guess which one is my favorite. *wink*
