Although Okino was acting immature, I kind of get it. Most people go by looks first (some to a bigger extent, but most find at least something in particular attractive)...so for his expectations (someone on Maya's level of hotness), I can see where he would initially feel let down. And the name thing caught him off guard after how badly he was treated by his ex. But, he started to have the "bathump" feelings BEFORE he realized how attractive Kutani is without glasses, so I think he really is starting to fall for him, not even based on looks. But hey, at least he was being honest about his first impressions even if he didn't handle it well and acted kind of bratty ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Overall, Okino just wants to be loved (who doesn't???) and have a boyfriend, he's just going about it the wrong way (using his looks and judging others mainly by looks). I think Kutani is a good person at heart and knows exactly what he's doing and how attractive he is, which is why he is approaching the situation the way he is. He's not relying on his looks to make Okino truly fall for him and now that he's been "rejected" is going to make Okino "earn" his love (by actually getting to know Kutani and learning to truly love him as a person). I think they'll make a great couple ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
