Bruh people who thinks people hating Gege solely for killing fav favourite characters must have never watch or read Demon Slayer or AOT. Do you know how many fan favs characters died in Demon Slayer & AOT? More than they should be but the way & the reason they died made it bearable. However, same cannot be said for how Gege killed off fan favs characters ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
I don't think people are upset over just their favorite character dying( majority are though) it's more on the lines of what exactly is happening. At one point the battle is happening for so long then characters come and die/ are not shown then they come back again then the same process plus Yuji doesn't get the right treatment like if he gets too powerful suddenly, it's an issue and if stay the same it's still an issue because his character hasn't developed that well. How should I say this, there are definitely some loopholes. BTW what happened to Hikari??? What about the talks Kenjaku had with military?? Is Maki dead??
Spot on.
I’d be happy to say bye to Gojo if he died better. Choso saving Yuji, I can live with that. Nobara just standing there like an idiot and getting slapped in the face, nope, hate that. Mai dying for her sister, loved that. Mahito getting absorbed instead of ended by Yuji, hated that.
I’ve run out of hope for “good” deaths for the rest of them.
Gege rushed. This would’ve been way better if there was more plot for the characters to know each other and show how they are getting better. Like it Naruto (not that long, no) or one piece or demon slayer. He needs to give time for the readers to also connect and understand each character. It’s as if as soon as some understanding occurs, they just get killed and no one is satisfied. There is still hunger to know more about the plot and the characters and there is still hunger for at least some good moments. I think some plots of people dying after another can actually get interesting, but there has to be meaning to that sacrifice, not just because you hate that character or something. Like how neji died. Sure gege attempted by showing the afterlife, but there is just no hope, only angst after angst. There is no humanity, where is Yuji’s development?? He could’ve been sooo much more meaningful and satisfying if we saw Yuji developing techniques through training with other characters, like the interactions and real-time instead of facades of memories. It would’ve been way more agonizing but satisfaction would have followed, cause at least it was not a unmeaningful death. Maybe Gege just want to develops the big picture and cool fights and just filling it in as he goes.
I think describing it as hunger is perfect.
What happened to Gojo while he was trapped? Did it feel like days or weeks or a millennia?
How did Yuji cope with learning of his cursed parentage?
Why isn’t anyone developing more skills? And how are they developed?
How did Yuta learn he can copy skills? And when did Rika return? And why?
Why THE FUCK can Sukuna use fire?!
When is Yuji gonna power up for real? And why hasn’t his continued use of black flash not “awakened” power in him earlier? And why the fuck is black flash waking up anything?! Why is it sleep????!!!!
Lmao. It’s so frustrating. I thought I hated extra exposition but I’m learning I hate having so many holes and questions way more.
this time right now violence is the answer
