i want to read but i dont know if this is only another chiness manhua about cultivation and stuff like that.. is this overly dramatic? and please tell me is this is worth the reading
It is. I thought this one would be like any other manhuas. I ended up finishing all chapters in a day. It's good, funny, and sometimes confusing but it's okay. It's still a good read. (づ￣ ³￣)づ
1. i have my guesses but i though i read cosette didnt see spirits but she could use magic, and i guess she cant see spirits because she made a contract with a demon, and wouldnt make her appealing to be choosen by the goddess, but now with the diary is like is she really a spirit user?.. idk(〜￣△￣)〜
2. it seems the dad could remember something, i read someone say he came back in time for him self not keira, but if that is correct he would have choosen him self to keep the memorys and not repeat the same mistakes, so why he would choose keira? if he did it for him self? is like it has no sence, because he lived longuer he would know what happened after her death, and it seems he is been having "nightmares" with the sound of the voice of cosette.. idk ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
3. like every 1 else i want to kow who the ML is, because it has the "romance" tag, i like the knight and the wizzard guy.. but i want to kow if we havent meet them yet or if there isbetwen those 2ヾ(☆▽☆)
4. i though keira in the past saw the goddess and wnet to show it but cosette was alredy using it? and then she say she saw the spirit first time in the dungeon' but i read it and saw she really did see a spirit before cosette.. so what happened?#－.－)

The world ended in the previous timeline. after MC died, as she was the original spirit user, the prophecy could not be fulfilled. The reality is that Cosette is already dead, she doesnt exist as she died during her birth. what we see here is a demon who is living as cosettes body. the uncle made a deal with the demons against the duke adn his family, cuz his sister died because of them. In the previous timeline after MC dies, cosette reveals her true form as a high ranking demon and the demon army attacks the world, and everyone dies. The end! taht's the price they paid for not listening to the prophecy.
But because of the time magic, i think the entire world shifted back, and now MC knows something is weong with Cosette, so she is not gonna make the same mistakes
OMG thank you... but why the father place the memorys on her and not him? it would be difficult to prove, because cossette is also his daughter, well at least that body has his same bloodline, so how and why did that happen?

I’m just gonna go ahead and say that her father has no redeeming qualities
he actually knew his first wife was pregnant and being attacked by the second wife’s family and there’s implications that he knew the extent they would go (ie assassination) to wipe out the pregnant first wife and her kid, he knew ALL of this and yet did NOTHING about it because he wanted to maintain neutrality?? In the end the first wife actually dies with her dead child Cossette but angry and seeking revenge on the second wife’s family and His Excellency the asshole, she contracts with a demon to take her soul but make her child live and so even tho she and the real cossette die, a demon takes on the baby form (the Cossette we see now).
Also, you can see how despite knowing about how his negligence lead to the death of his wife, he emotionally abused Keira and treats her as the unwanted child as if it’s somehow her fault
BUT WORSE OF ALL AND I MEAN THIS IS JUST THE TIPPING POINT OF HOW MUCH OF AN ASS U CAN BE during the whole “who’s my real daughter” fiasco in Keira’s first life, he actually knew Keira was his real child, but he still voted for her execution because he wanted to maintain his house’s image!!??
Then when she dies, demon Cossette reveals herself and the whole kingdom is destroyed. Not for the intention of reversing time for Keira’s sake or the kingdom’s sake, he turns back time to save his own ass?!! Like reviving Keira was just a side effect and not his actual intention.
TL;DR
Her dad knew and didn’t bother trying to prevent the murder of his first wife and child; emotionally abused baby Keira treating her as the “unwanted child”; vohisted to execute Keira despite knowing she was the real daughter; allowing the execution caused demons to destroy kingdom; turned back time not to save Keira and redeem himself but just cause he wanted to save his own ass
Hence why he do be daddy douchebag
