I don’t exactly remember what it was exactly, but it was a YAOI/BL that took place in captivity like a science lab or something, one of the guys had some sort of colored hair like blue, and the main character was named Raymond and had black hair

there was also another character with green hair and green eyes

    drop hints, heavy hints.
    don't come on too strong, but be there if they need you. if you're the same gender as your friend, make sure that they are part of the lgbtq+ community or okay with it.

    but don't force it. if they don't like you, they don't like you and only want you as a friend; and that's okay.

    I think before confessing, you should try to send them some hints to have an idea if they would reject you or not. Like, for example, if you have the same gender, try asking them what do they think about same gender relationships. Try to be more tactile with them (like hugs for example) and see how they reacts. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
