His father probably forced him to have sex with women, which is literally sexual abuse and rape, among other things such as taking meds and being beaten on a regular basis. Maybe the father thought that the only solution to make Seungho become "normal" again is to have as much sex with women as possible, which was obviously against his will. He might have drugged Seungho as well, so that Seungho wasn't able to fight back. The constant sex might also be the answer to why Seungho is fucking all the time. It's just so deeply rooted in him that he wasn't able to escape.

A small remark: did u guys notice the panel from the doctor's pov where Seungho kinda had his hair down? His hair looks kinda short there, so I guess it's very likely that the second time the doctor met Seungho, it's just shortly after Seungho got his top knot cut off by his father.

Another remark: during early episodes where Ihnun asked a village folk about Seungho's past, the old man mentioned something about treason. I suppose that aside from all the sexual, mental and physical abuse, his father might have been involved into the treason with Lord Song too. It was mentioned that his father resigned before the treason was discovered (I can't remember this detail exactly, all I know that he resigned without being killed), so he probably planned with Lord Song to use Seungho as an excuse to resign from the government and get out of the treason. Idk something like "my son got an uncurable illness so I need to move away and take care of my family" but then they just abandoned Seungho.

Finally I wonder one thing: Nakyum used to say that he hates Seungho to death. Now that he's starting to have feelings towards Seungho, will they ever address that statement again later in the storyline? I really want a panel where Seungho asks if Nakyum still hates him so much and then Nakyum admits his feelings.

What do u guys think?

Some of these comments are very... dense.. asking what’s the point and saying they don’t understand. It would be nice if everyone payed attention “100 years ago” the background turning black to show past tense etc. “Why would the author add rape again” the author is not romanticizing it, it is there as a key plot point. If you don’t understand the point of diving into the MCs past life... which is literally the whole point of the story, reincarnation. Idk what to tell you,, maybe try reading the raws? I can’t believe I saw some people say that this chapter was pointless
