I'm sorry but this manga is... trying too hard????
All the big mysterious setups but not really connecting well nor is there a BIG moment. The only decent flashback/reveal was Sora actually knowing about Ryouta since small... and why he was so fixated on him. Also why didn't Sora know that his name also meant 'sky'? I mean, he's a fully grown teenager by now and should know the different kanji readings and sora is pretty simple so.... I mean, even I know and I don't speak Japanese.
And this manga should probably have been Shounen Ai...
My feelings exactly! The pacing isn't quite right & the storyline is all over the place.

I really don't know why many ppl like this. I can understand them sympathising for Sora but even that wasn't executed properly ugh
Haha we're the minority, honestly I had high hopes for this one but all that unnecessary violence was a let down. Was this trying to be psychological? Or was it a love story? Imo it ended up being neither. True, the last chapter made me feel for Sora. x
Gosh. and the sex seemed so out of place. this piece really suffered from properly connecting the flashbacks to the main events so I guess psychologically, it saddens me that I wasted that all that time reading thinking there must be redemption somewhere in it ugh

At first it read like the normal destiny cliche troop but WOW~~~ The unexpected twists and turns and how everything beautifully connects is golden! I think I'll take some deep breaths then read again <3
The end of Vol 3. okay. That 'the end' just gave me a mini panic attack.
This manga can never end. Characterisation, realism, storyline and story flow, the little subtleties. No unnecessary drama. Blue Sky Complex is simply perfect.
