I'm looking for an A/B/O manga featuring an omega salaryman who weaponises their secondary gender to get out of work (he takes time off because of a heat) and/or play their alpha colleague for a fool.
It was such a refreshing take on the genre, but I can't remember the title. Does anyone have any ideas?

This was so well-written but it lacked catharsis and closure.
It isn't "masculine" or "mainstream" for men to have emotional heart-to-hearts, so Sangmin was doomed to fucking rot.
