So, the husband gets to go out and repeatedly cheat on her with multiple women, while she gets sexually assaulted a bunch of times?? Yeahhh if you're going for a "they both cheat so they both suck" plot, this is NOT the way to do it. I wish she ended up with Jungjae, they lowkey had such good chemistry
Yall I love this comment section, everyone is so into this story and coming up with such cool theories, I love all of you.
Also I personally love that new guy Yongtaek, he seems so cute and fun and I love that he's actually anxious about stuff. Bada and Doha are wayyy too calm all the time about everything, I needed someone with a more realistic reaction to all of this lmaoo. I'd be reacting the same way as him fr
Am I the only one who is a little bit underwhelmed by this end....like I was expecting some big showdown, but instead *SPOILERS AHEAD*
chairman Kim dies off screen and the revenge against Myungshin is purely just him failing to steal someone's man and then being told he'll be blacklisted.
Idk I just thought the story was SO good but felt like the revenge itself was kinda meh.
Exactly what i was thinking, i felt out of place reading the positive comments but truely this ending is disappointing to say the least, the couple are kinda distant or only intimate in lolita scenes, the biggest villain died in a stupid way AND in a flash back scene, the blondie shit should’ve suffered more and the gaint gangster ran away with his doings, the company thing was boring tbh and felt so slow with no much drama, idk many things could’ve gone in a better direction in my humble opinion
I understand what you are saying— but going in another direction would completely miss the point of the story. This is a character driven story, and it was never about getting revenge. The mc realises this too in the latest chapter, and in doing so the readers too. So I feel that this is a suitable ending.
And the two characters relationship isn't supposed to be like stereotypical 'love', lovey dovey doki doki all that. The antagonists deaths was pretty interesting, since it was hinted about his disease and etc.
However, we are all entitled to our opinions, and I respect that.
Yeah I quite literally had no idea this was the ending, I thought this was like mid-season. I went to the comments and saw everyone raving about the revenge and talking about how this was second to last chapter and I was genuinely surprised because it didn't feel like an ending to me. And the season was so short too.
I understand people saying that this was the point, that the revenge wasn't the focus of the story and I agree with that, however as a reader, I just wish there was a little bit more to it.
I loooved this omg, I love both couples, the main couple got really toxic for a bit there but I'm glad he changed himself in the end...also I wasn't expecting the last 1/3 of this to be so dark lmao.
And low key I feel bad for Jun Gil :'(
I high key still want the author to make a short story spin-off or side story about Jun finding his own love ╥ ╥
Srsly tho his part is sad and I just feel that he really doesn't deserve that.
