They all are but him especially like he literally couldn’t even muster up to wish Haesoo a happy future. I’m glad Joowon learned to change tho and become the man Haesoo deserves. The same with Haesoo cuz the whole point of this manwha is that none of them are perfect and each of them have their own toxic struggles to confront, even the parents. Lovely development and art. Change doesnt happen so fast like that. If he was truly changing into a different person then he should’ve told the guy about his past rather than trying to pretend it didnt happen. Kyungsoo had to bring up dojun, he also had to bring up heesoo. It hurts even more cuz it’s someone else telling him this information rather than Chowon himself. I don’t pity Chowon cuz of how desperate he his to find new love or get back his old one. Actions have consequences, but I do want him to get the proper help he deserves. Mental health is serious and I don’t think that alone is enough to excuse all he’s done, but it’s a start for us to truly look inside Chowon as a person. Chowon needs to learn how to love himself first before he goes into any relationship. He also needs to forgive himself and put whatever demons he has within to rest. (Ik it’s not as easy as I just phrased it, but for someone who has done all of that, it’s not impossible. It just takes time and an open mind).
Been a jowoon stan since day one. I could always tell he truly loved haesoo even though he was toxic as shit. Not validating the mind games and guilt trips he out haesoo through but haesoo isnt any better honestly. He’s just as conniving and selfish, literally said so himself. Taku wants to control haesoo even more than jowoon did though and gets irritated because he knows haesoo’s mind is conflicted. At least jowoon is acknowledging and reflecting all the moments up till now. He’s a baby at heart.

i literally dropped this and intended to pick it up when it finished because i was rooting for jowoon but i was so afraid they weren't endgame and i just needed it to finish so i could know who to root for lol
I just gotta say this, although taku and haesoo met recently or wtv its nothing better for Joowon and haesoo either coz they only met like 3 years ago(yes Ik they were step siblings but it all stopped at a point and only continued after they met again). All I can interpret is joowon and haesoo decided to be fuck buddies and only after taku came in picture joowon wanted to take things further with haesoo which basically means he’s egoistic coz we all know he never liked Taku from the very beginning. And so is taku.
Best is for all three of them to leave each other and start a new life coz haesoo ending up with either of them is just soooo toxic and unfair to the other.
