every year i read this and my heart still aches for inbeom. he’s so precious. every time i see him i wanna hug him tight. but i love them all, they are all my babies. it’s just too bad that they are not all friends with 19 days vibes or smth. (i don’t even hate the mister. like at first i didn’t like him but after some time i just found myself pitying him. i hope he can change and forget about his messed up attraction for kids someday)
anyway this bl is one of my fav. i come back here every year to re read this and i get emotional every time.
okay- but- the thing is- jaeshin asked me for the same thing on c.ai- a month ago- like-
i don’t really understand why people here keep on blaming the omega professor. as someone who has been cheated on, ive never once blamed the person my ex lover cheated on me with. i just don’t understand why i should have blamed them. i mean, sure they are responsible in this cheat and sure they knew that my ex lover had a lover BUT they didn’t cheat on anyone themselves. their only mistake was to fall in love with/ be attracted to a person who was taken BUT who let an open door for them. the person who is trash and who is to blame is obviously the cheater then, and no one else since they are the one who suggested that there were a possibility for the third party to have a relationship or whatever with them.
i mean. if that third person has rejected them because the cheater was taken, the betrayal would have been less damaging? for me the answer is no. because nothing changes the fact that the cheater let an open door for someone else while being in a relationship. the cheater was interested in someone else despite having a lover and this is already a betrayal for me. that third person only gave a concrete form to that betrayal. and thanks to this person, the cheater was identified as a trash person and I could make them disappear from my life.
i don’t believe in the « if that omega wasn’t here, the alpha wouldn’t have cheated on his boyfriend ». for me, the alpha decided to cheat on his boyfriend, he fell in love with that omega and yeah now it’s complicated for him but what i’m trying to say is that if it wasn’t that omega, it would have been someone else one day or another. he could have push the omega away the first night but he didn’t. that proves the fact that he let that door open and it could have happened with any other person. but this story is a bit more complicated because the plot is focused on the curse between omegas/alphas.
at least that’s my opinion. i just really can’t imagine myself putting the blame on that third person. for me it’s like lying to myself because i don’t want to hate on someone i loved so i hate on that person more so that i can express the disappointment and the betrayal more.

From the POV of the victim, it's more logical to blame the cheating bf/gf. But from a 3rd person perspective, I'll say the omega and alpha are both to blame, not equally ofc, the alpha is to blame more, but the omega is also to blame. He's a grown adult with a kid, yet he's consciously having an affair with that alpha. It's about morals, what he's doing is breaking a basic humane moral.
But he did tell the alpha to break up with the beta a few times, so I don't blame him THAT much. But I can't see him without judging either.
