I remember the mc tries to move on from ml and tries to sleep with another guy but doesn’t go through with it but the guy leaves a mark on his neck and then he has a play/performance (?) to attend and the ml sees the mark and gets jealous and pulls him aside? Something like that, sorry for the vague description ╥﹏╥
