Everything they do it's just beautiful not a lot of toxicity in their stories, maybe a bit grey areas but not awful. I still have Unromantic to read though.

In A Thousands Cranes, don't get me wrong I loved it but I forgot his name, the ML is in this grey areas but wasn't bad to the MC.

Minjae was SAd by the father and the oldest brother, the on that's sick, knew about it cause he saw it but didn't help, he went into his room afterwards. Their shared secret can be they both were SAd but the father or the secret is that the he knew what his dad did. I don't read Korean so I'm just guessing by the flashback in the raws. The middle doesn't know anything which is why he's hostile towards Minjae cause he thinks he's just a trouble maker and reckless and never saw him as a brother. That's why the older one keeps telling him to be kinder to him probably because of the secret they share. The middle brother doesn't know what the dad did which is why we see him taking care of his dad at the hospital, he still sees him as a good dad and wants to make his dad proud, which probably makes me think he was neglected and overlooked and didnt like that his dad showed attention to Minjae whos not blood, not realizing what was happening to him. This is just a theory though from what I'm getting from the raws. I still think the older brother is sus cause we still don't know why Minjae attacked him.
This is absolutely a lovely well written story. The misunderstanding wasn't even annoying because the story delved deeply to their trauma.
Something is gonna happen with that assistant probably crazy obsess fan. When Minwoo comes back into the picture I think the MC is gonna find out he's trash and what Jinwoo knew and tried to protect him in his own fucked up way and they're gonna try to be brothers again. Jinwoo needs to get his shit together. But I'm so here for second couple.
I had no issue with them not ending up together, NY issue is the rape torture and there was no healing coming from it. But tbh maybe this was Siwoo revenge for what Dohyeok did to Suha but I still don't agree with the torture. It's not good writing in fact it's lazy. You could've had consequences of ur actions arc without rape.
Anyways there was a lot of plot holes that were never addressed. I think everyone except Suha were toxic maybe Siwoo wasn't as bad as Jiwoon I think that's his name the ML, Suha's boo.
In love with the ML for those who have read the novel. I don't mind being spoiled. Does he have someone else he's crushing on...

Gakane learns that Nathan is a swordmaster after he saves him and Kanna, and he asks to learn the sword from him. It doesn't show a lot (yet) but their interaction was cute
