Is no one bothered by rape in yaoi?

Two kinds of 'rape' stories: 1. Uke is falling for rapist seme - no way in hell. I'm trying to avoid this kind of stories. 2. Uke was raped in the past, and seme is understanding guy who helps uke to overcome the trauma - maybe. But I think we all know that rape is never okay.
