alot of people who reads yaoi (mainly girls)are homophobic to actual gay people. its always the one who only reads stories if the uke is the small girly looking one and the seme is the big strong one and i also think the artist are like that too. they just fetishizing them. what yall think??? ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Hmmm...well, I personally read all types of yaoi troupes. The troupe where the seme is the girly one and the uke is the buff one, personally, I like that troupe. But that doesn't mean I'm homophobic or anything. In the end it depends on the person reading. As lo g as they cross a line between fantasy and reality, and don't ship real people(cause they might feel uncomfortable), I think it's alright for them to read 'only' that specific troupe. As for the artist, the mangas which I've read which have that troupe, the artist is actually versatile in their other works. I haven't really met anyone who reads yaoi belonging to only that troupe, and is homophobic but in the end, it's up to them in how they see BL and real life gay relationships. Hope this answers your question!(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
