While I’m starting to see they love and value each other differently (Masato is more loud about it), I think an apology—at the very LEAST—was necessary. In the birthday issue, Masato basically explained away any need for Asahi to apologize. Asahi barely talked. Also, I think for me, I am still wary of Asahi, since a few chapters ago he said something about being unsure of Masato. I don’t know if it was a throwaway line, but it sat with me, since it was never resolved.
I do like the second couple! But, it does feel like we have a long way to go with the first couple, so I’m conflicted about the constant change of focus. Also, I wish the chapters were longer to feature both couples and so it doesn’t feel like an abrupt pause every time a chapter ends (e.g. chapter 24 and 25 could have been one).
I loved this! It felt so incredibly realistic. Sweet and fluffy with a good amount of angst. The size difference was... everything. I was so eager to see Li Huan and Yu Yang together and it was SO worth it! The amount of emotion packed into certain scenes really made me cry.
I do wonder, though, if the author will be creating a separate manhua for Huan and Yuan? We barely got to see them.
