Please do note that I will be commenting about some spoilers here. Have read until the latest chapter (20), and don't really think the progress of the story will get any better soon.




Honestly I do understand from the FL perspective where she had lost her memories and that she can barely make decisions by herself. Resulting in the typical storyline where the ML would be the one saving her and she is the damsel in distress.

But what ticks me off is the ML.

1) GET A BLOODY GUARD
Even if you had not realised that she is the person you are finding, she is still your temporary fiancée. Could you please assign her some guards to watch over her?? Like hello?? The whole situation with the crazy tutor could have been avoided if he assigned a guard to just protect her. I doubt the tutor would be able to chase away a guard, who was commanded by the Duke to stay by her side at all times.

The situation with the thugs could also be avoided with the guard. Like come on, you had a sudden meeting and left her alone at the damn cafe?? Not even with a single guard?? Worst thing is that, during this period he had already started to suspect that she was the person he was looking for. However all he did was just command her like a dog to stay put and don't move. (⊙…⊙ ) Where will she even go, this is literally her first time out??

2) PAGGRO ATTITUDE
I swear reading this manga is mildly triggering. He claims to know who she is and says that he will protect her this time. But all he does act all passive aggressive when that extra blond hair dude shows his face. Then becomes all cold and even stays away from her. Dude, please work on your communication skills and you are literally the person who grew up in a 'normal' environment (not subjected to torture). Could you just communicate to her properly?

Even if FL is not able to communicate properly, it is understandable because she is still learning to express herself. She is trying but will be taking time to adjust, and all the ML can do is act all "hmph" and jealous over the other dude. Come on man, pull your shit together. (╬￣皿￣)凸


3) Extra blond hair dude is super red flags but ML CAN'T SEE IT
Can't really remember this guy name cos he is so insignificant. But this guy seriously likes to enter people's personal space. If you see some random ass dude TOUCHING your fiancée and that person had the audacity to insult you during the dinner YOU PAID FOR, would you invite him to your house? Typically the answer is no, but this dumb ass duke was like "OF COURSE!"

Bitch, he sexually harassed your fiancée so many times like hugging her without her consent, touching her hands (I thought during this period, people are very conservative??), being closer than 1m (like hello~ please practice social distancing~ what if she gets covid?). And ML was okay with it because he was too caught up in his own feelings of being jealous?? Literally inviting the predator to his house. And he had the resources to do a background check on the FL, can't he just go and check this dude's background as well. Isn't it sus that this guy came out of no where?? His brain just stops braining in the later chapters.

And as her protector, ML should never leave her alone with a stranger. He is creating so many opportunities to let this creep near her, honestly can't understand whether he truly wants to protect her or not.

For all that wanted a summary basically after this :

Magic exam, taisei is paired with jasper, jasper helped him in all 3 tests and at the end of it jasper ended up getting hurt but taisei uses the healing power of omega (kinda) like the saliva of an omega combined with the potion can heal people so taisei kissed jasper and jasper survived.

A rumour goes around saying that peridot and jasper got engaged and hated the omegas. Yada yada yada ends up the were under a spell that makes them hate omega and forgot abt them but taisei kinda broke the bracelet and jasper is back to normal again.

Next, jasper’s mom kidnapped taisei at the back alley and threatened him and choking him until the choker is broken. Taisei have ptsd always remembering this. But he still wants to be together with jasper so they both met up with the mom. Yada yada yada im lazy to type and translate so….

Jasper mom sents an female omega on heat to seduce jasper and jasper almost loses his mind and bit her but andalu manages to stop him and jasper was mad as hell when he finds out. Andalu suggest for them to act like jasper was charmed by the women (angela) and to tricked jaspers mom. Jasper didn’t agree but taisei doesn’t want angela to be punished so they act like they were a couple. During that time taisei was shunned by the whole school as a worthless omega etc. Then after a few weeks angela confronted taisei and said she has fallen in love with jasper because of how nice he treated her and asked taisei to break off his relationship with jasper. Taisei doesn’t want to and angela suddenly feel off the staircase (it is not known whether she threw herself off on purpose of taisei accidentally pushed her) jasper came to angela and angela said taisei pushed her. Jasper got angry saying taisei would never do that but andalu reminds jasper to keep his cool and remember that they were acting. The other students were throwing malicious insults at taisei at this moment and he was at the point of breaking down. And jasper asked him if what the others saying is true taisei said no he didn’t pushed her and ran off but the last panel is showing taisei is actuallu slowlung disappearing idk what implicates but i hope taisei goes back home cuz he doesn’t deserve this condemnation arc tbh HE AINT NO VILLAINESS!!!

And thats it for now. Its sad and its angst and the manga updates every few months and its an original work so there are no spoilers so take it as you will the end.
