hmmm idk i guess you can get that nail polish thing from the pharmacy that you paint your nails with and it makes your nails taste like absolute shit if you try to bite them so you'll stop lol.
or go watch that video of a close up of the dirt and bacteria under your nails i made my brother watch that and he genuinely stopped from being grossed out. idk if this'll help lol but i tried.

Try the transparent one. I tried the nail polish method and it works for me since I used to bit my finger nails all ten of them no exceptions. It also helps that you keep on reminding urself to not do it and to keep ur attention to something else.

try having nail extension that looks natural. it prevents you ftom biting your natural nails. it is proven and tested by me <3

the one i'm talking about it's not colorful nail polish so don't worry, it's transparent and it's made for people who wanna stop biting their nails it has a bad taste so it stops you from biting your nails if they taste like shit yk. it's called anti bite polish i think try finding it online or at a pharmacy.
