At first, it is really hard to read a storyline that could evidently portray misogyny because as sad as it is, the history regarding the discrimination against women bore such heavy wounds even to this women today and well, we tend to avoid things that hits too close to home but still, I really love how the author portrayed misogyny and how changing the outlook of a misogynistic society is not an easy feat to achieve, it gives a realistic perspective on how nothing ever really changes in just mere years and that it will take time and soon, all the efforts of the main character will be seen slowly, but surely. At first the main character looks like she would only look at her own love issues and nothing more but later on it will be evident in the story that she really wishes for all the women to be treated as equals to the men. There are many other plausible things that we could get from this story but I'd prefetr if you take a look at it yourselves. Thus, I highly recommend that this is a good thing to read as it tackles a societal issue that we all could learn from.
