No, Jihwan and Jaeho are only brother's in law. Same thing with Miho and Ian being brother's in law too. It would not matter. Jihwan and Miho are not each other's bro in-laws. (My friend also have a similar case with her parents where her maternal aunt is married to her fraternal uncle)

I'm really happy to see him happy with the one he loves now. I was reading this in hopes of seeing ohn and Jae woo's last conversation and it just made me cry more , still it made me happy in the ending, I hope the author made a story for Jae woo and his lover.
