Swastika was a symbol of "well-being" in the religions of Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism. It's just Hitler who saw that it was a popular symbol, used by Coco Cola and American Boy scouts . And saw that there was some Aryans in India before and thought only his "superior" race could have come up with it. Hence, he took the peaceful symbol and mutated it for his heinous atrocities.
