I wanna gave em too huhu anyway, it's really disappointing when the owner cant even go an extra mile to look for decent owners to take over....like based on how the dog looks, it's well taken care of (unless it was newly given, but she did say she secretly reared it). You've already bothered to keep it a secret, bother yourself to look for owners. Even taking it to a shelter is good enough since the shelter will at least promote it...
