If that bitchy Omega doesnt learn to say thank you and sorry after this many chapters, Im going to blow my fuse. Like how shitty is he to make the Alpha be the first to say sorry and catch feelings for this dumb bitch. The fuck??

pfft. glad u enjoyed my reactions. i didnt enjoy the latter chapters at all cause it felt like hyesung didnt try to be a good mother/partner at all. besides, dojun and heesu took center stage and i didnt give a fuck anymore because dojin is head over heels of hyesung. so let the two dumbass stay together then. i just hope byul grows to be as reasonable as heesu.
here's the topic i wrote when i just completed it: PERSONAL TAKE: I loved the second couple. Hyesung is trash till the end.

Look, the twins do not even matter at this point. They were just reeled into the story to bridge Taemin and Woojin. Like, Siwon was made into a doll who was supposed to be so great that his twin wanted him to die. Jiwook was just a fool who didnt event contribute to the plot except push Siwon to Joohoon.
Like, Taemin didnt even earn anything from being Siwon. It was all for Woojin to finally get him after regretting being away to the point that Taemin died before he could do anything. Sure, he learned that Woojin loved him but so what? he had to deal with being bullied, almost raped, and all other shit because Jiwook was jealous and Joohoon wanted to get to Jiwook. Also, wouldnt it be nice if Siwon and he had some sort of personal conncetion so that his dream would make sense?
Im just glad that Taemin retained his individuality even if he lost his OG body.
BUT! Of course, that is what makes the story interesting because it created a scenario where a person's character mattered more than his face. He was in a weaker body but Woojin recognized his strong personality. (Crap, I'm thinking of Lookism) AND, I get to see Jiwook suffer for what he did to Siwon. He's a piece of shit.

Migi chose to be dormant but would be give a ‘helping hand’ when it matters. Pun intended. I like to say that Migi is heartless (even if literally is) but he reflects our rosy-colored moral values. He protects Shinichi because the boy is his literal lifeline. Being separated from him will weaken his body and ultimately die. It’s a straightforward relationship between Migi and Shinichi but it also explains Shinichi’s relationships with his fellow humans.
He attaches value to Kana, Satomi, his mom, and his dad. Each of them holds a piece of Shinichi’s sense of self. That’s why losing his mom and Kana makes a part of him die or hurt. And it explains his desire to save them.
Migi looks selfish, but even Shinichi’s altruistic concerns for other people are just as selfish. This is why he felt ridiculous having the right to judge whether other parasytes should live or not. He could think of other people dying if he lets other parasytes roam free but he chooses to protect his small circle.
Humans are not really ‘selfless’, we just give pieces of ourselves to other people. The more piece we give to a certain something or someone, the more we lose value of our own body and focus on preserving that something or someone.
It’s all self preservation, yo! But sure, make it all beautiful and passionate. Let’s boost our ego and self-image. Humans live for aesthetics as well.

Im the type to value how stories begin because that's basically the hook line of the story. For me, the build up was quick and didn't establish the foundation of the story. the characters are given qualities that aren't explained nor justified. Wolves? Foxes? Both are predators but their relationship isnt explained. besides, why is the uke so hung up with a picture and why is the seme given attributes of being alpha who is protective even if there isnt anything to protect his pack from when he preyed on that fox who just wanted to mate.
no, it doesnt make me curious, it disappoints me because i cant focus on their actions given that they arent justified.
well, thats my opinion anyway.

Well said, thumbs up.
The art is beautiful though - I was able to enjoy that, at least.

It's tragic and it takes its time to confuse you. It will keep telling you that it's not romantic, but certain scenes will make you somehow hope that things will work. But it won't and the execution justifies it. My all time favorite will always be Sangwoo counting the pills. The message gets through in every pill he counts, hoping to reach the same quantity he last counted. He snapped the moment he thought Bum did the same and he shaved his hair, another change he did after dyeing his hair (cause he looked like his father).
and thats actually amusing because girls are known for changing their hair when they want to forget or at least move on.
And when he shaved it, he really lost himself.
for Bum... well... if the ending is how i think it is, his stalking nature made his promise to die after Sangwoo was fulfilled.

There is a big potential for the characters to be on a whole level of psycho. the seme couldve been outright dominating and possessive but he submits to the uke's promise to stay. the uke could be an all in slut but the author tones it down with the swimming club's captain. the younger brother doesnt qualify being a stalker or obsessed since he is more of a bark but not bite character.
so, even when the characters can progress there the author didnt go for it so there is somehow a lacking feeling or emotion in it.

I began reading it thinking that it's about this submissive vampire and dominating human. like a simple love story about people of two different worlds. but no, it gets better. as we delve into their identity, we explore the social classes existing in a post apocalyptic vampire-ruled world where different lives are in play. The power play of species and how the two have lived interdependently while the vampires still retained their tyranny. Eric could have been a symbol of unity but he was made into an enemy so that the two worlds wont be in war, thus he had to "die". In doing so, the new world was idealized to be two distinct worlds living in harmony and not unity. To me, there is a difference between the two because harmony values identity while unity idealizes mutant consequences like Eric. So yeah, it's a refreshing take on vampire stories.
thanks for coming to my tedtalkヾ(☆▽☆)
I read it because many people have been loudly recommending it. For one, this is a recommend read if you want to know what you should NOT be doing in a relationship.
1. learn to think about yoir actions before throwing curses at someone else.
2. learn to be FUCKING grateful or sorry to someone. Dojin went through shit 90% just to get a confession at the VERY LAST CHAPTER.
3. be as reasonable as Heesu but don't try to take matter in your own hands by helping a dumbass escape.
4. no matter how horny you are, use protection. we dont want another irresponsible mothers or fathers in this god forsaken world.
if it weren't for Dojun and Heesu, I'd slam this with one star. I have to give it to the author though, they're good at creating characters with personalities that I despise the most.
I agree and i really love the side ship as well
