I have been searching high and low and kinda found the flower but no meaning???! Has anyone found the meaning behind the flower? Is it like "Eternal love" etc?

The MC is very popular and someone tries to kidnap him but kidnapped other boy instead but when the other boy became adults he kidnapped the MC . The kidnapped boy has Stockholm syndrome.The mc taught the boy alphabet and supported him. All I remember is the room was soundproof and has newspaper sticked to the wall. And the newspapers were all about mc and he played tennis when he was a child. The mz has light hair and the other one has dark hair. Please help me find this manga.
