I think about it often, but that would mean that Hwan had met and contracted with Moony at a very young age. Which makes me skeptical.

He's seen making a wish for Chiwoo to never lead Then it's shown the parents death with water coming up like Magic, then Sunny and Jin reaction to hearing about Chiwoo's parents death was to be really alarmed instead of Sad or something...
