I guess I'm struggling to dislike this because I used to be him? Like I also had someone I liked (He was 6 years older not 7) and you can't really stop liking someone just because you're "not supposed to" He treated me like a little cousin but I liked him and I told him I liked him. He said I was a kid and didn't know what I was talking about but never treated me any differently. He moved away when he went to college (I was 13) but still came back for family and stuff and Id always stop by and say hi when he did. Now that I'm 23, I've had 2 long term boyfriends who I loved, but if I'm single and my childhood crush happens to be single, I don't see why we can't get together (assuming of course, I can get him to like me). Guess it's just different mindsets? Idk

I really want to like it but... you can't have it both ways. You cannot be in love with a 10 year old, miss your new daddy, have childish thoughts and actions, and still rationalize like a 17 year old when I suits the plot. It makes it inconsistent and creepy.

Ok so I don't think she's in love with the prince, I think she just likes him I'm a friend kind of way and finds him adorable or that's how I saw it at least and I don't find her particularly childish more like shy and traumatized and it makes her seem a bit childish maybe? She has the face and the body of a child so of course, her expressions will look childish but she never really had a chance to grow up properly either

The main character's development from early childhood to her death was stunted due to the complete isolation from the moment she was taken in by Count Zachary so, to say she could be mentally stunted really isn't too far a stretch. Rapunzel, from Tangled, was completely isolated and very much had a very naive mindset towards everything until Flynn as an adult taught her otherwise. With the MC she becomes a child again. Being completely unknowledgeable of things that people in a civilized society would deem common sense she would still be of the mindset of a young child.
Now, I agree with the above comment saying she likely doesn't love him and is probably more in awe of the idea of friendship but it is quite clear that things will develop further.
I can't speak for everyone but, I don't see a problem with a relationship being pursued within a new life. If you were to remember your past life and lived to be 87 would you in a current body of 23 stop dating your s/o because your past life was old enough to be their grandmother, no you wouldn't because your past life and your new life are two different things. Now she's gone back in time and would like to change things, of course, people would be younger if she was 18 then and the prince is 3 years older than her than in her timeline he was 21. So, for anyone having a problem know that in these types of stories they are engaged and married quite young their debutants are at around 15-16 and they usually get married quickly from then on. If you've got a problem with certain age issues then you needn't read fantasy stories of this type because they often are like this.
Read or don't read it's not my issue because I know what I'm going to keep doing.
Sorry for the long comment it's just this thread was kind of interesting.

The turnout with Isaac was super sick but why the leandro slander? He's a good, honest, loyal boy and he would make a great ally. Skelly needs to get on-board and become bffs with him too. Plus I like how they respects the "girls" preferred pronouns despite her being a satan-hitler lovechild. This manga is just *chefs kiss
I cant describe it but both partners pissed me off. I didn't like the way they treated their black haired partners and it just left a bad taste in my mouth, idk
just reread this one and although my feelings aren't that intense, i also kinda didn't like how kitagawa and tomita were treated. i believe i wrote a whole essay here for kitagawa before
and what i dislike is how although the manga does say the fault is from either sides, it seems like the progression is way too focused on making it seem like it's mostly the black haired guys' faults - which it isn't the case at all.
i love saito and tomita together but a huge part of me thinks that tahara would be a perfect fit for someone like tomita though i guess their dynamic mainly comes off as friends
Yessss Tomita deserves so much better!!!
