Love or Hate made me so angry because OF COURSE the author had to choose the cliche route and make the toxic step-siblings stay together rather than have their lead get together with the ONLY character that demonstrated any growth whatsoever. Joowon NEVER truly redeemed himself, and of course, Yahwi here is the exact same. The author is going to go for the cliche route and have the main character stay with his toxic ex just because his damn lightbulb turns on and he one day decides to apologize and play nice.
I wish BL authors would just steer away from the cliches a little more often.
