You should read the novel then. It’s a bit better but the writing is still mid at best. Also, if the crying in the rain scene was one of the reasons why you’re annoyed, then just letting you know, the manhwa changed a couple of dialogues and removed certain scenes. In the novel, MC was upset not just because of the mentioned reasons but also because the friends said that ML went with them to motels often and rolled around the sheets (them, not ML, but their wording wasn’t clear so MC misunderstood). Also, before this point, MC and ML had already done the deed, and MC always assumed the person he loses his virginity to would be chaste as well (yeah, very narrow-minded, but he’s just a teenager). So he was upset that the ML “lied” to him thinking he an was easy target, and jealous that the ML already experienced his “firsts”with someone else.
