omg this was absolutely beautiful, i read this all in one sitting and it got me so hard. I don’t know if it’s because today i’m a little emotional but regardless I love all these characters so much (besides that bitch dad). They’re all so beautifully written and complex, even minor characters like the teachers gf, while she didn’t really have a story to her you can’t get mad at her because what she’s mad about is right and she has every right to be frustrated, and while you can’t automatically forgive some of the characters for their actions in their past (bai ming), you can still admit they’re a different person now and have beautiful character development ╥﹏╥
Although I am a little confused on why this is categorized as Shounen Ai because the closest thing we have to a bl relationship is the two main characters and they’re portrayed more as brotherly love and it’s not clear how they’re ending plays out
