We don't know yet, but technically yes as we start the first chapter with him pledging guilty for killing the uke, however the detective is saying that they can't find the body so he isn't necessarily dead, he might be hiding somewhere and using the seme as a scapegoat or the seme was aware of that, but tbh with his eyes reaction and all I sorta feel like he did killed the uke but we need to wait for more chaps
